The 2024 Pollstar Awards is an annual show celebrating the behind-the-scenes talent that powers Hollywood, honoring crew members, producers, and other essential contributors, with celebrities attending to support their teams. I helped shape the event’s
visual identity through concept sketches and contributed nominee and winner looks to support my
team’s overall show design.

Challenges + Solutions:
The greatest challenge of this project was time and man-power. It occured at an extremely busy time when all of the lead designers and animators had other projects on their hands, so I jumped in to create the storyboard in google slides for easier brainstorming, and kept the momentum going while the leads finished up their projects. Once they were on boarded, I animated 4-5 scenes alongside the team and kept track of progress via google sheets.

• I did not get to be on site for this one, but I just pretend I was there and got to see all the shenanigans. Being able to be a part of that 6 degrees of separation from Chris Rock is a one-in-a-lifetime milestone.
